PRIZE GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The promoter is Rossiter & Sons, who’s registered office is at 59 High street, Weston - super - Mare, BS23 1HD.
The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or above, except employees of Rossiter & Sons in Weston- super - Mare, Clevedon and Barnstaple.
Customers of Rossiter & Sons that visit our Weston - super - Mare showroom during the allocated entry period, can qualify for entry to the giveaway competition (there is no minimum spend)
By entering this giveaway competition an entrant is agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Information on entry for the giveaway competition is available on our Instagram and Facebook pages or can be found at our website.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. More than one entry per person will be disqualified.
The giveaway competition will run from 12th November 2022 until 10th December 2022. No further entries will be permitted after this date.
How to enter: This competition is free to enter with any purchase. You can enter your name into a draw which will be chosen at random on 10th December. The winner will be contacted by phone call shortly after. There is no minimum spend, entry forms available in branch. This offer is exclusive to our Weston - super - Mare Branch open Tuesday - Saturday, 9.30am - 5pm.
Rossiter & Sons are not responsible for any inaccurate details supplied by any entrant to this giveaway competition.
The prize is as follows: 18 carat white Gold pendant set with Sapphire and Diamond, on 16 inch 18 carat white gold chain. The retail value of the prize is £1300, valuation for insurance will be provided at handover.
The prize is as stated, no cash or other alternatives will be offered. This prize is non transferable.
The winner will be chosen at random by Mr Rossiter on 10th December.
The winner will be contacted by phone call shortly after. If the winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The winner must collect the prize and this will be arranged with Mr Rossiter.
Rossiter & Sons decision regarding all matters to do with the giveaway competition will be final.
The winner agrees to the use of their name and imagery in any publicity material. Any personal information required upon entry will solely be used to by Rossiter & Sons to contact the winner, this will not be shared with anyone and will be destroyed after the giveaway competition has finished.
